• Teach advanced undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
• Lead and conduct independent research and publish in HEC-recognized journals.
• Supervise MS/MPhil and PhD students.
• Play an active role in curriculum development and academic leadership.
• Participate in departmental governance, committees, and accreditation processes.
• Mentor junior faculty and contribute to academic capacity building.

Requirement

• PhD/MPhil in Sports Sciences, Physical Education, Exercise Science, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution
