• Lead enterprise-wide network, systems, and data center operations.
• Manage LAN/WAN, DPLC, CIR, VPN, wireless links, and enterprise WiFi infrastructure.
• Oversee VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments and server infrastructure.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead network segmentation, VLAN reforms, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Manage cybersecurity operations including ransomware prevention, backup, and DR planning.
• Monitor bandwidth utilization, infrastructure health, and capacity planning.
• Manage multi-site data centers and critical business systems.
• Lead infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and ISP management.
• Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and IT governance standards.
• Provide leadership to infrastructure, network, and systems teams.
• Ensure 24/7 operational support for critical IT services.

Requirement

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Networks & Systems Infrastructure to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations across our rapidly expanding group of 5 sister organizations located in multiple cities.

The ideal candidate will manage large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure environments including multiple data centers, enterprise LAN/WAN networks, DPLC/CIR connectivity, wireless communication systems, virtualization platforms, cybersecurity operations, and disaster recovery frameworks.

This role requires a strategic IT leader capable of ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across all infrastructure domains.

• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale IT environments.
• Experience managing multi-site networks and distributed data centers is mandatory.
