Description

• Lead and manage the Laravel / Full-Stack development team while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
•  Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures using Laravel and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and manage enterprise-level database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
•  Build and integrate modern frontend applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain CMS and eCommerce solutions using WordPress and Shopify.
• Implement secure payment gateway integrations and transaction processing systems.
•  Design enterprise reporting solutions using Jasper Reports and related reporting tools.
• Manage server infrastructure, deployment, and hosting environments on Linux, AWS, VPS, DigitalOcean, and Lightsail.
• Configure and maintain AWS services including S3 storage, backups, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Cloudflare services including DNS, CDN, WAF, SSL, caching, and security configurations.
•  Implement Docker-based containerization and environment standardization for scalable deployments.
•  Optimize application performance using Redis caching and advanced performance tuning techniques.
•  Develop and manage queue systems including Laravel Queues and RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
•  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar DevOps tools.
•  Design and implement scalable SaaS and microservices-based architectures.
•  Ensure application security by following OWASP standards, secure authentication, authorization, and encryption practices.
•  Troubleshoot production issues, perform debugging, and maintain high system availability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and software architecture guidelines.
•  Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
•  Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to improve development processes.
•  Integrate AI-powered solutions, automation tools, and intelligent workflows using modern AI APIs and services.
•  Develop AI-assisted features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, workflow automation, content generation, and analytics integrations.
•  Utilize AI tools to improve software development productivity, testing automation, debugging, documentation, and code optimization.
•  Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of enterprise applications following modern software engineering best practices.

Requirement

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 16 years education in CS/IT/SE or related field
• 5+ years Laravel / Full Stack experience
• 1–3 years Team Lead experience
