Description

• Design intuitive, modern, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.
• Develop responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, reusable components, typography, spacing, and branding consistency across products.
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and feedback analysis to improve user experience and engagement.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards (WCAG principles) are followed in all designs.
• Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions for better product visualization and user flow understanding.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, user retention, and conversion improvement.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and product discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and emerging technologies.

• Figma (mandatory in most Pakistan companies)
• Adobe XD / Sketch
• FigJam / Miro (preferred)
• Photoshop / Illustrator (basic branding & assets)
• User research & usability testing
• Information architecture
• User journey mapping
• Wireframing & prototyping
• Accessibility & responsive design
• Design systems & component libraries
• Typography, spacing, color hierarchy
• Mobile-first and responsive layouts
• Interactive design & micro-animations
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
• Knowledge of frontend workflows
• Understanding of React / Tailwind / Bootstrap concepts preferred
• Familiarity with developer handoff processes

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Experience working in software houses, SaaS products, startups, or agency environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Creative problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments
• Team collaboration with developers and product teams

Education

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Media Sciences, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)
