• Provide strategic leadership for the department/program.

• Represent the department in academic councils and professional bodies.
• Ensure academic excellence and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Lead faculty recruitment, evaluation, and mentoring activities.
• Promote innovation, evidence-based practice, and advanced clinical training in anesthesia technology.
• Contribute to institutional strategic planning and healthcare partnerships.

Requirement

• PhD in relevant field from an HEC recognized institution.
• Extensive teaching, research, administrative, and clinical experience as per HEC criteria.
• Significant number of research publications in HEC recognized journals with demonstrated academic leadership.
