• Provide academic and strategic leadership to the department/program.

• Represent the department in academic councils, accreditation bodies, and professional forums.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.
• Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Promote innovation and evidence-based practices in aesthetic and cosmetology education.
• Contribute to institutional strategic planning and community engagement initiatives.

Requirement

• PhD in relevant field from an HEC recognized institution.
• Extensive teaching, research, administrative, and professional experience as per HEC criteria.
• Significant research publications in HEC recognized journals with demonstrated academic leadership.
