Description

  • Design creative artwork for digital and print media including:
    • Social media posts
    • Brochures
    • Flyers
    • Prospectuses
    • Banners
    • Posters
    • Standees
    • Signage
    • Infographics
    • Advertisements
    • Presentation templates
    • Website graphics
  • Develop visual concepts and layouts according to project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Create logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral for institutional campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, web, and social media teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork with proper specifications and formatting.
  • Edit images, illustrations, and visual assets to improve design quality and consistency.
  • Ensure all designs maintain typography, color harmony, branding consistency, and professional aesthetics.
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, AI-assisted design tools, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors, photographers, videographers, and external agencies when required.
  • Assist in photography, videography, motion graphics, or video editing tasks when needed.
  • Archive and maintain organized design files and project documentation.

Requirement

  • Strong command of:
    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • After Effects (preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of:
    • Typography
    • Color theory
    • Layout design

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Basic web and social media design understanding.
  • Motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and modern digital marketing trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or related field from an HEC recognized institution.
  • Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX, Motion Graphics, or Branding will be considered an added advantage.
  • Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience for junior positions.
  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience for mid-level roles.
  • Experience in educational institutions, agencies, media houses, or corporate environments preferred.
