Description
General: Under the general direction of the Additional Registrar, manages an essential registration function and administers the creation and maintenance of permanent human resource records; assures the integrity, security, condition, and access to these documents and supervises the issuance of official documents.
Reporting to: Additional Registrar
Summary of Job Duties
- monitor the TUF Senior (HS & Sub Campus Lahore) online attendance on daily basis.
- prepare Contract Letter of newly hired TUF senior employees and
- issue appointment letters
- prepare and maintain personal file of employees and enter the data of the newly appointed personnel
in the ERP system
- request IT Office to generate TUF email ID for new TUF employees
- issuance of ID cards and SOP to the employees
- brief new employees about the policies, rules and regulations of the University
- monitor daily attendance
- maintain record of manual attendance and leaves of employees
- update faculty information and provide reports on demand
- plan and execute transfer, promotion and increment cases
- prepare and issue experience letter and NOC to employees of TUF
- issue explanations, warnings and experience letters to employees when required
- salary preparation according to the policies
- facilitate staff/faculty members and other employees of the university in order to make them work comfortably on their designated seats.
- circulate employees requisition forms among HOD’s / coordinators before the commencement of semester in order to hire faculty well in time.
- inform employees about any change in the policies/rules and regulations
- verification of documents of faculty
- attendance sheet preparation of TUF senior staff & Sub Campus Lahore and prepare statement of attendance for payment for visiting staff.
- clearance of an employee discontinuing his/her job or termination from the university
- coordinate with authorities for any kind of issue related to human resource
- ensure successful conduction of morning congregation.
- prepare Monthly Quota list
- observe and resolve the issues and maintenance of two floors; basement and admin
- any other task assigned by the authorities.
Requirement
MS/MBA with specialization in HR with 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in a University.
